"For those who already know or intuit that self-love is the primary path for healing illness, this book absolutely nails the practical steps to get there from here. Practitioners in all modalities owe it to themselves and their patients to digest this book."
From Bev Hollander, BSN, MS, HNC-BC, FCN, 2010 President of Imagery International
Maureen is offering us a life changing complement to the many self-healing techniques that exist. Her MO Technique stimulates work/processing at many levels simultaneously – energetically, emotionally and rationally incorporating both right and left brain as well as the chakra system. I found it to provide a refreshing change of pace from the many self-help books available.
From Michael J. Lincoln, PhD, author of Messages from the Body and forty other books
Maureen Minnehan Jones’s book Wisdom to Wellness is effectively a masterpiece. Now, this strong statement needs explaining. But first, a disclaimer. My opinion is NOT based on my book Messages from the Body. Rather, it’s based on the fact that Maureen has taken her profound wisdom and life experiences to pull together a remarkably effective healing system and a brilliantly presented interpretation of several of the disorders from my book.
Why is that important? It makes Wisdom to Wellness a manual for self-healing and for client-serving that can be virtually life-saving. It also provides a working model for how to understand both the emotional and soul determinants of disorders that underlie physical ailments. Its strength lies in providing a guiding example of how to go about healing them.
All of these things make Wisdom to Wellness an invaluable teaching device for people to work with—to free themselves from the shackles of the outcomes of their life’s history. This major breakthrough for both physical and mental healers will have a huge impact on how we regard and approach physical disorders. It should be on every healer’s desk and, indeed, in every home.
From Kathleen Brehony, PhD, author of Awakening at Midlife, Ordinary Grace, After the Darkest Hour, and Living A Connected Life:
Maureen Minnehan Jones is trained in Western medicine and, with a broad understanding of healing in its deepest sense, offers a gold mine of important information in this important book. Using examples of celebrities and ordinary people, she skillfully takes us through a process of healing that offers hope and practical approaches to a wide variety of disease states. Simple and complex. Powerful and easy to practice. This book should be read by everyone who aspires to healing and health.
From Jennifer Tobias; author of Live, Love and Earn: Creating Wealth While Working From Home and The Little Business That Wanted To Grow
Wisdom to Wellness is a healing catalyst that valiantly carries "the banner of truth." Written with compassionate comprehension, it offers a deep understanding of the truth behind how disease is created. More than that, it provides a new paradigm for living a healthy and whole life—for all people. Wisdom to Wellness brings a dynamic resource for healing to anyone willing to receive the message. A must read!

Addressing Emotional Components of Disease Leads to Wellness, March 31, 2011

Maureen's approach to healing helped me long before she ever completed writing this well-researched, practical book. As she took me through a process to relieve my back pain, her guidance led me to the pain's emotional genesis and her MO Technique helped me release the beliefs that had caused it in the first place.
There's no doubt our emotions affect our well-being in both subtle ways and disease-ridden ways. As the missing piece to healing, Maureen's MO Technique can't be ignored. The good news is that it's fully explained in this book. I consider its message a necessity for people in our era, and especially for those with cancer, diabetes, Parkinson's, Alzheimers, hepatitis, and other common diseases.

Maureen quotes Abraham Maslow in her book Wisdom to Wellness--
"What is necessary to change a person is to change the awareness of himself."
As a holistic psychotherapist and clinical hypnotherapist, I see each day as I work with my clients the importance of these words.
Maureen’s book offers the reader a clear and powerful lens through which to understand the emotional underpinnings of specific physical illnesses.
Two of my clients have already read from her book and have been surprised to discover just how Maureen’s discoveries resonate with their own perception of themselves in relation to their illness.
Maureen’s MO technique is very grounded and comprehensive-- it is a well thought out protocol for following the thread of emotional imbalance in order to release blockages and open to the healing that awaits on the other side of letting go.
I especially love the grounding technique and Maureen’s chakra clearing--
A quote from Maureen in this book-
“At every moment of life our bodies are becoming what we think about, which is largely determined by how we are programmed. But we can’t just think our way into healing-we must also feel our way into it.”
This truth is crucial to how we as healing practitioners support our clients in their transformation. Maureen’s book offers an excellent guide for this process.
I highly recommend it. You will be inspired.

I have a friend who has been a client of Maureen’s for years. I just had to read her book. It was insightful and I now want to get on her client list. She has a unique, concise way of writing. I am normally a fast reader and I made myself slow down so I could savor this book. I have heard or read about the different approaches and direct connection to the mind, body and spirit before. But it happens to be just what I needed to read for my life today. Thanks! It is a must read and I will probably buy a few copies to pass on.

Love is the key to healing and Maureen Minnehan Jones's Wisdom to Wellness clearly defines how our mistaken lack of self-love may show up in various illnesses. She lets us know through case histories and examples that illness can be an opening to self-love, self-discovery and acceptance and that as we heal rejection, anger, resentment and fear we experience greater freedom and happiness. Wisdom to Wellness leads readers to not only understand how illness may develop but provides practical, easy to follow strategies to re-connect with our deepest wisdom and soul's purpose. Give yourself a well-deserved treat and read it now.
Thank you Maureen!!

Highly Important for Health, March 23, 2011

In my opinion, the most important thing we can learn for our health is the immense power of our thoughts and emotions. This book clearly explains the origins of various diseases in terms of subconscious thought patterns and emotional traumas, but most important, it tells us how to bring ourselves back to a state of wellness. Maureen Minnehan Jones's knowledge comes not only from research but from healing herself and working with numerous clients to help them heal themselves. She provides a step-by-step method we can use on our own to empower our own healing. I love this book and highly recommend it.
